The News from Borleymere.

After the incredibly hot summer of 2018 we are all set for a beautifully coloured October.

A magnificent show from the purple water iris... more than every this year.

The cherry blossom is out and spring really has arrived after a very long winter!

The Shepherd's Hut is still asleep for winter but looks very happy in it's winter setting.

The trees are turning and the Autumn colours are fabulous, it's been a beautifully warm sunny October day.

A beautiful photograph sent by lovely guests. I'm going to try and find a windbreak as gorgeous as this one!

Yesterday was the perfect September day to get the old Ferguson tractor out and cut the long grass.

The meadows surrounding the Shepherd's Hut are full of beautiful wild scabious, butterflies and moths.  Happy days!

It's really hot today and with the meadows covered in daisies and the new canopy out next to the Shepherd's Hut, everything looks wonderful in flaming June.
